We use a lot of vacuum tubes at Emmitt's. Most are salvaged, since vacuum tubes
are not manufactured anymore (at least quality ones; some tubes are still being
made in China and Russia).
Since the tubes we have in inventory are often used, we test them, rebox them and relabel them. In order to help with the task of managing our inventory, we developed an Excel workbook that records the results of the test and generates an appropriate label.
